Description

Learning is a skill — and like any skill, it can be improved with the right strategies and habits. Learning How to Learn is a practical and engaging course designed to help students in grades 5–7 become more confident, organized, and effective learners both inside and outside the classroom.

In this course, students explore how the brain learns and how habits, focus, memory, and mindset can affect learning success. Through interactive activities, real-life examples, discussions, and practical strategies, students learn techniques that can help them study more effectively, stay organized, manage their time, improve concentration, take useful notes, prepare for tests, and build healthy learning routines.

Students will also explore topics such as motivation, goal setting, productivity, learning challenges, digital distractions, and problem-solving skills in ways that are age-appropriate, relatable, and immediately useful in daily school life.

This course is designed to help students build independence, confidence, and lifelong learning skills that can support them across all subjects and future learning experiences.
